Economic Benefit of Integrating Employment Interventions Lead Agency: 22nd Judicial Court Office of Special Projects Supporting individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system to become job market-ready and sustain their recovery. |

McHenry County Landlord Engagement Program Lead Agency: Home of the Sparrow Increasing affordable housing access for low and moderate-income households through landlord education, incentives, and resources. |

McHenry County Sheriff’s Police Social Worker Program Lead Agency: McHenry County Sheriff’s Office Supporting the Police Social Work Program which provides a critical bridge between law enforcement and behavioral health supports across McHenry County. |

Youth Empowerment Alliance Lead Agency: The Break Empowering youth to have a voice by leading critical social, emotional and behavioral health conversations in the county through Youth Advisory Groups, culminating in a community conference. |
