Jessica Rizza serves as Director of Philanthropy, bringing extensive experience in fundraising, relationship management, and campaign development. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, a Master's degree from Northern Illinois University, and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

Jessica is passionate about advancing philanthropic efforts to support the residents of McHenry County. She plays a key role in donor engagement, fund development, and strategic communications.

A proud mom of three, Jessica enjoys golfing with her husband, exploring the outdoors with her family and dogs, and supporting local organizations. She currently serves on the board of the Child Advocacy Center and is a graduate of Leadership Greater McHenry County.
