(Crystal Lake, IL) The Community Foundation for McHenry County (The CFMC) is pleased to announce we are currently accepting applications for our 2020-2021 academic scholarship program. High school seniors and college students are invited to apply and have until April 15, 2020 to submit an application for scholarships that will be awarded in May 2020.
“As the cost of higher education continues to increase we encourage students to seek out scholarship opportunities,” said Deb Thielen, Executive Director of The CFMC. “We are honored that each scholarship fund at The Community Foundation for McHenry County was created by members of our community to support the next generation of community members.”
Detailed information on scholarships being offered this year can be found either with the high school guidance counselor or on our website at thecfmc.org. All applications must be received or postmarked no later than April 15. If you have any questions, please email [email protected] or call us at (815) 338-4483.
